I made the garlic skillet the other night and we really liked the flavor. What I found so interesting is I didn't just use it as a skillet side dish.... with some of the leftovers, I added the garlic and bacon to a veggie dish, chopped up in spaghetti sauce, mushed it up and spread it on bread, etc. There were so many uses for it and it added a wonderful flavor. Yummy!"
