We love garlic, especially smoked garlic. I have been roasting and eating it as long as I can remember. But, now that I have a pellet grill / smoker I have discovered new frontiers. Garlic Bread Pudding Garlic Soup or
The magic that happens when garlic is slow smoked to me is awesome! It becomes creamy sweet and is so good. Add bacon and sweet onions and OH MY, so very good.
I found that using a pellet grill gives us so much more cooking control that Patti and I have worked out a few new recipes using garlic as the main ingreadent.
